On August 07, 2013, Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company (COTECCONS JSC.) announced personnel change as follows:

• The Board of Directors approved to resign of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Oai from member of the Board of Directors of COTECCONS JSC. in term 2012-2017 as from August 06, 2013.
• The Board of Directors appointed of Mr. Brian Quan Pham, born in 1962, as a member of the Board of Directors to replace Mr. Nguyen Thanh Oai.
