COM: Personnel assignment in BOD

Materials Petroleum Joint Stock Company announced personnel assignment in BOD as follows:

·         Mr. Truong Duc Hanh, Chairmen of the BOD in charge of salary, bonus, management and supervision.

·         Mr. Vo Tan Phong, a member of the BOD assigned to implement and supervise to business and investment activities. .

·         Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Lien, a member of the BOD assigned to implement and supervise business activities between Comeco and PV oil.

·         Mr. Tran Minh Ha, a member of the BOD assigned to implement and supervise to business and investment activities.

·         Mr. Pham Van Thoai, a member of the BOD assigned to implement and supervise business activities between Comeco and Sai Gon Petro.
