Cotec Investment and Land-house Development Joint Stock Company a personnel change as follows:

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Nakamura Tsubasa and Mr. Trinh Xuan Ha as a member of the BOD as from July 24, 2013

-         Approving the resignation of Ms. Vu Thi Hoa as a member of the Supervisory Board as from July 24, 2013

-         Appointing Mr. Le The Anh as a member of the BOD in the term 2010-2015 as from July 24, 2013.

-         Appointing Mr. Truong Hoai Buu Anh as a member of the Supervisory Board in the term 2010-2015 as from July 24, 2013.

-         Appointing Mr. Pham Hoang Phuong as Deputy CEO in the term 2010-2015 as from July 29, 2013.
