-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Madhur Maini as CEO as from July 30, 2013.

-         Appointing Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang as Chairman of the BOD and CEO as from July 30, 2013

-         Appointing Mr. Madhur Maini as chairman of Hoa Bang Lang Consulting Co., Ltd

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Michael Hung Nguyen as Deputy CEO as from July 30, 2013.
