BRC: BERUB JSC to issue 4,124,999 shares to the public

BenThanh Rubber Joint Stock Company (BERUB JSC) announced that it would issue 4,124,999 shares to the public as follows:

-         Stock type: Common Stock

-         Par value: VND10,000

-         Offering volume: 4,124,999 shares

-         Total capital need to be mobilized: VND44,549,989,200

-         Purpose of the public offering: to increase the Company’s charter capital from VND82,499,980,000 to VND123,749,970,000. All of the capital mobilized from this offering will be used to finance the project: Synchronizing the technical conveyor production line with steel core.

-         Offering price: VND10,800/share

-         Minimum bidding volume: 01 share

-         Registration time: from September 12, 2013 to October 14, 2013

-         Registration place:

+         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

+         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the head office of BenThanh Rubber Joint Stock Company; Lot B3-1, Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Zone, Trung Lap Ha commune, Cu Chi district, Hochiminh city.
