On July 27, 2013, the 2012 annual general meeting (the second time) of Tai Nguyen Corporation was held, but there were just 106 shareholders representing 2,733,420 shares (accounting for 32.16% of total voting shares). Therefore, the 2013 annual general meeting (the second time) failed to be held according regulation. The Board of Directors will hold the annual general meeting of 2011 (the third time);
