SVI: Report on the result of bonus issue 2013

Bien Hoa Packaging Company (SOVI) has reported the result of share issue for dividend payment as follows:

I.    Information on stock:

-         Stock name: Stock of Bien Hoa Packaging Company

-         Charter capital: VND89,189,900,000.

-         Number of outstanding shares before the issuance: 8,894,690,000 shares

-         Number of treasury shares before the issuance: 24,300 shares

-         Stock type: common share

-         Stock code: SVI

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs / share

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 1,778,938 shares

-         Purpose: to issue new shares in order to increase the Company’s share capital from the owner’s capital.

-         Record date: July 15, 2013

-         Ex-right date: July 11, 2013

-         Estimated trading date: in August 2013.

II.   Result:

-         Number of distributed shares: 1,778,852 shares

-         Number of distributed shareholders: 322 shareholders.

-         Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.  

-         Total number of current shares (July 22, 2013): 10,697,842 shares, in which:

+         Number of outstanding shares: 10,673,542 shares

+         Number of treasury shares: 24,300 shares.
