-         Revenue did not arise highly because from July 01, 2011, SACOM Development and Investment Corporation changed its organizational model and transfer all business activities of cables and telecommunication materials to subsidiary SACOM Wires and Cables Company Limited.

-         Profit after tax in Quarter 2/2012 was higher than in Quarter 2/2013 because the Corporation sold Dien Bien Phu project worth VND178,376,000,000.
