SBT: Explanation for business result in Quarter 2/2013

Société De Bourbon Tay Ninh explained the difference in business result between Quarter 2/2013 and Quarter 2/2012:

-         The Company’s gross profit decreased 50% from the same period of last year, mainly because of the following reasons:

+         Due to the impact of sugar market in Quarter 2/2013, the average selling price decreased 8% and the selling quantity of sugar also decreased 22%.

+         Besides, the price volatility of input factors made the cost of goods sold increase 1% and operating cost rise 10% compared to the same period of 2012.
