owns 100 shares will receive 12 new shares)

undistributed shares:

The number of shares issued to shareholders will be
rounded down. The
fractional parts (if any) will be bought back at VND10,000/share.
For example, if
shareholder A owns 108 shares at the record date, he will receive: 108*12% = 12.9
shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 12 new shares and
9,000=(0.9*10,000 dongs).
2. Issuing new shares to
increase its charter capital

owns 100 shares will receive 3 new shares)

Issue volume: 252,000 shares

undistributed shares:
