Cai Lay Veterinary Pharmaceutical JSC explained difference in profit before tax
in FS 2012 before and after auditing as follows:
- Profit
before tax after auditing: – VND2,225,706,832
- Profit
before tax before auditing: VND331,525,721
Reasons:
according to auditors, company had to set allowance for accounts receivable at
the amount of VND2,537,357,556 and adjust several small accounts, leading to
negative profit before tax as above HNX
