2012 and audited FS 2012 as follows:
Difference: - Profit
after tax decreased 47.84%, equivalent to VND3,503,100,347 compared to FS
before auditing Reasons: - Making
allowance for long-term investment: VND2,851,697,891. At the time of making FS,
there was no basis for making investment in shares of Mai Linh Southern Central
and Tay Nguyen - Pre-extract
interest expenses of holding company: over VND329,217,455. Pre-extract petrol
expenses in 2012: VND221,756,951

2012 and audited FS 2012 as follows:

after tax decreased 54.23% equivalent to VND 3,958,952,436 compared to FS
before auditing Reasons: - Making
allowance for long-term investment: VND3,512,031,536. At the time of making FS,
there was no basis for making investment in subsidiary (Mai Linh Quang Binh
Company) and in shares of Mai Linh Southern Central and Tay Nguyen - At
the end of 2012, interest payable to banks and investors was not calculated.
Auditor extracted VND329,217,455 of interest expenses and VND221,756,951 of
petrol expenses in 2012.
