De Tam Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.01/7/2012/NQ-HDQT dated July 04, 2013 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors approved to repair some works in Detaco Urban Project. The Board authorized Ms. Pham Thi Kim Xuan, CEO, to choose partners, decide land price, and choose areas to sell in Detaco Urban Project – Nhon Trach, Dong Nai province.
