CIC: HNX notice: CIC trading temporarily suspended

Pursuant to Point 1.c, Article 14, Listing Regulations at HNX attached to Decision No.324/QĐ-SGDHN dated 04/06/2013, HNX announces the temporary suspension of trading in securities of COTEC Investment and Construction JSC (stock code: CIC) from 09/07/2013.

Reason for the temporary trading suspension: COTEC Investment and Construction JSC is under supervision because of violation of the regulation at Point c, Item 1, Article 13, Listing Regulations at HNX; continues to violate the regulation at Article 5, Article 10, Circular No.52/2012/TT-BTC dated 05/04/2012 and has no measure to overcome the situation.

HNX will announce the notice allowing CIC stock to be back on trading after the Company overcomes the situation.
