AAM: Plan of issuing additional shares for dividend payment

Mekong Fisheries Joint Stock Company (MEKONGFISH) notices additional shares issued for dividend payment as follows:

-         Stock symbol: AAM

-         Par value: VND10,000

-         Stock type: common stock

-         Total number of shares: 11,339,864 shares

-         Number of outstanding shares: 8,639,864 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 2,700,000 shares

-         Estimated issued volume: 1,295,979 shares

-         Total value on par value: VND 12,959,790,000.

-         Exercise ratio: 1:0.15 (each shareholder owning 100 shares at the record date will receive 15 new shares, and there is no entitlement on the above treasury shares)

-         Sources: undistributed profit after tax at December 31, 2012 (according to the 2012 audited financial statement, this profit was 32,890,652,606 dongs)

-         Record date: July 05, 2013

-         Plan of fractional shares: The new shares issued to a shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be bought back by the company and will be paid in cash at VND10,000/share.
