HOSE announces the record date for dividend payment of 2012 in cash of Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol:  TBC

-         Ex-right date:    July 08, 2013  

-         Record date:    July 10, 2013  

-         Purpose:           to implement the cash dividend payment of 2012. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 17% (VND1,700/share)

-         Payment date:  July 31, 2013  

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Finance and Accounting Department of Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company – Lot 8, Thac Ba Town, Yen Binh Dist., Yen Bai Province on the working days from July 31, 2013, and please submit ID cards.
