VTO: Announcement of Change of State Representative Right

According to Decision No.297/PLX-QD-HDQT dated June 13, 2013 by the Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex), Petrolimex transferred the ownership of 41,465,217 VTO shares in Viet Nam Tanker Joint Stock Company (VITACO) to PG Tanker.
