VIP: Announcement of Change of State Representative Right
According to Decision No.296/PLX-QD-HDQT dated June 13, 2013 by the Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex), Petrolimex transferred the ownership of 30,503,304 VIP shares in Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company (VIPCO) to PG Tanker. Therefore, PG Tanker became the parent company of VIPCO.
