HOSE announces the record date for the last dividend payment of 2012 in cash of Viettronics Tan Binh Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol:  VTB

-         Ex-right date:    June 26, 2013   

-         Record date:    June 28, 2013   

-         Purpose:           to pay the last dividend payment of 2012 in cash

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 2% (VND200/ share) 

-         Payment date:  July 19, 2013 

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Viettronics Tan Binh Joint Stock Company on the working days (from Monday to Friday) from July 19, 2013.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
