VTB: Resolution on dividend payment

Viettronics Tan Binh Joint Stock Company (VTB) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated June 14, 2013:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to pay 2012 final cash dividends.

Article 2: Exercise ratio:

-         The last of 2012: Exercise ratio: 02% / par value

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

Article 3: The Board of Directors authorized the CEO to implement payment for dividend.
