VSC: Viconship to issue new shares to pay dividends

Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company (VICONSHIP) announced that it would issue additional shares to pay dividends to the existing shareholders:

1.       Stock: Stock of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company

2.       Stock type: common stock

3.       Par value: VND10,000/share

4.       Total number of shares: 24,038,502 shares

5.       Number of outstanding shares: 23,871,902 shares

6.       Number of treasury shares: 166,600 shares

7.       Number of shares estimated to be issued: 4,774,380 shares

8.       Total issue value: VND47,743,800,000.

9.       Exercise ratio: 20% (02 new shares for 10 current shares)

10.   Financial resource: the 2012 remaining profit

11.   Record date: July 03, 2013.

12.   The new shares issued to each shareholder will be rounded down, and fractional part will be cancelled.
