VNE: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

-         Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy, daughter of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dong – a Member of the BOD of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation, (stock code: VNE), sold 2,000 VNE shares from May 31, 2013 to June 04, 2013 but had not had any announcements before trading.
