SMC: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

-         Ms. Nguyen Thuy Nhu Quynh, sister of Mr. Nguyen Huu Kinh Luan – Supervisory Board Member of SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company, (stock code: SMC), sold 43,480 SMC shares from May 21, 2013 to May 30, 2013 but had not had any announcements before trading.
