-         Approving to appoint Mr. Nguyen Tien Nam to be Chief Accountant for the period of 3 years with effect since 06/06/2013.

-         Approving to reappoint Mr. Nguyen Truong Hung to be Deputy General Manager for the period of 3 years with effect since 06/06/2013.
