Pursuant to Listing Regulations at HNX attached to Decision No.324/QĐ-SGDHN dated 04/06/2010, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision:

-          Issuer: Song Da - Thang Long JSC

-          Stock code: STL

-          Reason: profit after tax in the audited financial statement FY 2011 and 2012 are negative (Year 2011: - VND14,292,035,726 and Year 2012: - VND181,216,960,975)

-          Effective date: 13/06/2013

Supervision period ends when STL overcomes current situation.
