BMP: Reminded of late information disclosure

On June 10, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Official Document No.922/2013/SGDHCM-NY to remind Binh Minh Plastics Joint Stock Company to submit late disclosure on the Board resolution on paying 2012 second cash dividends at VND2,000/share and 2012 stock dividend with exercise ratio 30%.
