Sam Cuong Material Electric and Telecom Corporation announces the change in record date for payment dividend 2012 as follows:

-       Recall announcement of Board Resolution approved on 14/05/2013:  Expected exercise date: from 30/05/2013 to 16/07/2013

New exercise date will be informed after approval of State Security Commission of Vietnam.
