KHA: Announcement of 2012 final dividend payment
Khanh Hoi Import Export Joint Stock Company (KHAHOMEX) announced new information about the 2012 final dividend payment which will be implemented on June 10, 2013 as follows:
1. To individual shareholders, KHAHOMEX will retain 5 percent of the value of dividends as individual income tax.
2. At present, the clearing operation of Trang An Securities Joint Stock Company (TAS) is being halted by the Vietnam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch. Therefore, to ensure the interests of shareholders who own KHA shares and have accounts at TAS, KHAHOMEX will directly pay dividends to its shareholders at its head office: 360A Ben Van Don, Ward 1, District 4, Hochiminh City, as from June 10, 2013.
