SII: Saigon Water negotiates with a foreign partner

On March 15, 2103, Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation (SAIGON WATER) signed Preliminary Memorandum of Understanding with a foreign partner. Accordingly, the foreign partner will invest in Saigon Water. On June 26, 2013, after a period of research, the two parties officially started contract negotiations.
