ITC: Board Resolution

Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint stock Company announced the Board Resolution dated May 31, 2013 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors approved to assign Ms. Duong Thanh Thuy – a member of the Board of Directors to be in charge of salary and bonus of the company and Ms. Le Thi Khanh Xuong – a member of the Board of Directors to be in charge of human resource of the company as from May 31, 2013.
