PPI: Board resolution June 24

Pacific Property and Infrastructure Development and Investment Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution dated June 24, 2013 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Pham Duc Trung to replace Mr. Pham Duc Tan to represent its stake in Pacific Agriculture Product Import Export Joint Stock Company.

-         The Board of Directors approved to adjust the ratio contribution in Pacific Agriculture Product Import Export Joint Stock Company to 45%.
