VHG: Information on setting up a subsidiary

Viet - Han Corporation (VIET - HAN CORP) has established a subsidiary according Resolution of the Board of Directors dated June 19, 2013:

At present, Name of Dong Minh Joint Stock Company – member of Viet - Han Corporation has not been granted operation because name is the same with one registered soon. Therefore, the company will announce a new name in the next resolution of the Board of Directors after getting approval from the Quang Nam Investment and Planning Department.
