LCG: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

-         Mr. Bui Huy Hoang, brother of Mr. Bui Dong Hoan  – Deputy CEO of LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company (stock code: LCG), bought 900 LCG shares from May 23, 2013 to May 28, 2013 and sold 900 LCG shares from May 29, 2013 to June 06, 2013 but had not had any announcements before trading.
