TCO: Violation of information disclosure of an inside shareholder

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an inside shareholder:

-         Ms. Tran Thi Kim Hong, Supervisory Board Member of Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company (stock code: TCO) bought 5,000 TCO shares and sold 560 TCO shares from March 25, 2013 to June 14, 2013 but had not had any announcements before trading.
