HAR: An Duong Thao Dien sets up new associated company

An Duong Thao Dien Real Estate Trading Investment Joint Stock Company has established an associated company named Binh Dinh Mechanics and Mineral Joint Stock Company.

The new company is located at 17 Vo Phuoc, Ghenh Rang, Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province. It has a charter capital of VND68 billion, in which An Duong Thao Dien Real Estate Trading Investment JSC owns 40%. The representative of An Duong Thao Dien Real Estate Trading Investment JSC in the associated company is Deputy CEO Duong Quoc Chinh.
