SRC: SRC finishes issuing new shares to pay dividends

Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company (SRC) has report the result of share issue for dividend payment as follows:

I.    Information on stock:

-         Stock name: Stock of Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company

-         Charter capital: VND162 billion

-         Number of outstanding shares before the issuance: 16,200,000 shares

-         Number of treasury shares before the issuance: 0 shares

-         Stock type: common share

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs / share

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 2,025,000 shares

-         Purpose: to pay the 2012 dividends

-         Record date: May 27, 2013

-         Ex-right date: May 23, 2013

-         Estimated trading date: in July 2013.

II.   Result:

-         Number of distributed shares: 2,024,994 shares

-         Number of distributed shareholders: 2,356 shareholders.

-         Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be bought to be treasury shares by the company at VND10,000/share.

-         Total number of current shares (June 01, 2013): 18,224,994 shares, in which:
