GFC: HNX notice: GFC under supervision


Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.324/QĐ-SGDHN dated 04/06/2010, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision:
- Issuer: Gentraco Feed JSC
- Stock code: GFC
- Stock type: Common stock
- Reason: profit after tax of shareholders of holding company in the audited financial statement FY 2011 and  2012 and is negative (-VND 10,366,887,974 and –VND 55,806,629,280)
- Effective date: 19/06/2013
Supervision period ends when Gentraco Feed JSC overcomes current situation.
