-         Ms. Ha Thi Huong, sister of Mr. Ha Cuu Long – a Member of the Board of Directors of Fecon Foundation Engineering and Underground Construction Joint Stock Company, sold 21,000 FCN shares from May 13, 2013 to June 03, 2013 but had not had any announcements before trading.
