VIP: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

-         Mr. Ngo Quang Thong, son of Mr. Ngo Quang Trung  – a Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy CEO of Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company (stock code: VIP), was late in reporting the trading result of VIP stock after registering to trade on June 05, 2013.
