CID: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2013
Construction and Infrastructure Development JSC has disclosed the
results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 16/06/2013. The
following resolutions were approved:
1.
Approving Reports of the BOD, Supervisory Board, audited
operating results in 2012
2.
Approving plan of profit distribution and dividend
payment in 2012

Remuneration
for members of the BOD and Supervisory Board: 1.5% of profit after tax
-
Dividend
payment 2012 in cash:
+ Exercise rate: 5.5%
+ Expected exercise date: at the end of July 2013
3.
Approving operating plan, profit and dividend payment in
2013
Revenues: VND12 – 15 billion
Dividend payment: 7.5% - 10%
4.
Approving new Company Charter
5.
Approving Chair of the Board also hold Executive Manager
Approving Mr. Tran Duy Hai – Chair of the Board also
holds Manager
6.
Selecting the Auditor:
The BOD is authorized to select the Auditor
7.
Approving share repurchase for treasury stocks
Number of shares to be repurchase: 15% of shares
outstanding HNX
