VNC: Result of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2013

Vinacontrol Group Corporation has disclosed the result of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 18/06/2013. The following resolution was approved:

Assigning the BOD to register to list all additional shares issued from the resource of owner’s equity (bonus shares) on Hanoi Stock Exchange and register to deposit additional issue shares at Vietnam Securities Depository.
