-         Record date:     July 05, 2013 

-         Purpose:            to pay the first dividend payment of 2012 in cash

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10% (VND1,000/share)

-         Payment date:   July 25, 2013 

Place of implementation:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company, 550 Kinh Duong Vuong, An Lac Ward, Binh Tan District, HCMC on working days from July 25, 2013, and please submit ID cards.
