Viet Nam Fumigation Company (Stock code: VFG) has announced Resolution No.02/2013/NQ-HDQT-VFC of the Board of Directors dated April 26, 2013 as follows:

-         According the Resolution of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2013, the Board of Directors decided to choose DTL Auditing Company Ltd. as auditing company for VFG’s fiscal year in 2013.
