CTD: Coteccons wins bid for new construction projects

Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company (Coteccons JSC) won bid for package “Eximbank Headquarter – District 3 Branch” worth VND60.5 billion. The branch will be located at 21 Ky Dong, District 3, Hochiminh City.

-         Coteccons also received a winning bid notice for project “Cho Dui Trade and Office Center” at 158 Vo Van Tan, District 3, Hochiminh City. The project is invested by Cho Dui Trading Service Co., Ltd and valued at VND107.5.

-         In Phu Quoc, from December 2012 until now, Coteccons has executed the construction of structures of Salinda Premium Spa and Phu Quoc Resort. Receiving the trust of investor An Cuong Co., Ltd., it continued to be assigned two packages: finishing and mechanization, worth near VND115 billion. Therefore, total value of this project rose to VND215 billion.     

-         In Bac Ninh, Coteccons won bid for package “Workshop 3” worth VND40 billion. Earlier, it finished the construction of Workshop 2 of Vinamilk Tien Son - Bac Ninh Factory Project in September 2009.

-         Therefore, from the beginning of the year, Coteccons won many domestic and foreign projects with total value of contracts of VND1,532 billion.
