Saigon General Service Corporation announced Board Resolution dated May 03, 2013 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors approved to add and change BOD subcommittee:

+         Business Strategy subcommittee: Ms. Le Thi Thanh Van replaced Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung as member of subcommittee.

+         Commercial - services Subcommittee commercial services: Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Dung, Mr. Phan Vinh Thuyen and mr. Dao Chien Thang replaced Mr. Nguyen Dinh Ngon as member of subcommittee.

+         Property Subcommittee: Mr. Pham Tuan Dun, Mr. Ngo Van Danh and Ms. Nguyen Hoang Vi Phuong were appointed as member of subcommittee.

+         Financial subcommittee: Ms. Tran Thi Hong Hanh, Ms. Tong Kim Uyen were appointed as member of subcommittee.

+         Event – trademark subcommittee: Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Vinh replaced Ms. Le Thi Truc as member of subcommittee.

+         Human resources – salary- bonus subcommittee: Mr. Luong Quang Hien replaced Mr. Nguyen Vinh Tho as Head of subcommittee and Mr. Huynh Van Sang, Ms. Hoang Lan were appointed as member of subcommittee
