Song Da No 9.09 JSC annonuces Board Resolution approved on 06/05/2013 as follows:

1. Appointment of the BOD, Supervisory Board, General Manager and Secretary for term III (2013-2018)

-          Mr. Phan Van Hung has been appointed Chair of the BOD.

-          Ms. Tran Thi Chung has been appointed Chief of Supervisory Board.

-          Mr. Phan Manh Hiep has been appointed General Manager.

-          Mr. Nguyen Duc Long has been appointed Secretary of the Company.

2. This Resolution has come into effect since 06/05/2013
