Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated May 07, 2013 as follows:

Article 1: Approved to pay the dividend installment of 2012:

-         Payout ratio: 18%/par value (VND1,800 for a share)

-         Payment method: in cash

-         Estimated payment time: June 10, 2013

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved to choose DTL Auditing Company Ltd. for fiscal year 2013.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect from May 07, 2013.
