TDH: Announcement of Changes in Business Registration Certificate

On May 15, 2013, Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation (Thuduc House) officially received its business registration certificate changed for the 13th time on May 14, 2013 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hochiminh City. Accordingly, Thuduc House announced the changes in its business registration certificate as follows:

-         Add two new business lines: specialized wholesale (mineral, fertilizer) and education (art and culture, training).

-         Change the par value of a TDH share from VND100,000/share to VND10,000/share.
