-         Mr. Tran Bao Tran resigned as Member of the Board of Directors from May 06, 2013.

-         Mr. Hoang Ngoc Phuoc resigned as Chief Accountant from May 07, 2013.

-         Mr. Chau Thai Nguyen was appointed as Chief Accountant from May 07, 2013.
