Vneco 8 Electricity Construction JSC announces change in the Board of Directors as follows:

-       Mr. Vo Duc Son has resigned from Director with effect since 26/04/2013. Mr. Vo Duc Son has been appointed member of Supervisory Board with effect since 26/04/2013.

-       Mr. Nguyen Huu Dang has resigned from Chief of Supervisory Board with effect since 26/04/2013. Mr. Nguyen Huu Dang has been appointed Director with effect since 26/04/2013.

-       Mr. Nguyen Tien Chu has resigned from Deputy Manager with effect since 02/05/2013.
